Part 3: “XXVI“ Tale of the Fox by ZETAxVIVA at BIKINI

ZETA+VIVA is a collaborative live show between Spanish rap-trap artist Zeta Galan and choreographer Viva Soudan. The ep XXVI, is a compilation of songs based on the five stages of loss. Using metaphors and subliminality, ZETA shifts in awareness, rapping about denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Galan's spiritual sermon lures VIVA into his purgatory, triggering her embodiment of this emotional landscape. Soudan beckons psychological truth, creating movements of being rather than doing and surrenders to an authentic realm of the body. XXVI highlights Galan's manipulation of different hip-hop styles, using English, Spanish and Spanglish lyrics. With a mystical undertone and mythological air, ZETA+VIVA provokes a poetic catharsis of depth, power, and freedom.
